A: No. Hot stamping foil cannot adhere to smooth UV layers and will peel off easily. We suggest separating UV and hot stamping areas in layout design.
Q2: What paper weight works well for embossing?
A: We recommend ivory board over 250gsm or kraft paper above 300gsm. Paper lighter than 200gsm will crack after embossing pressure.
Q3: Will composite finishing crafts drastically raise packaging quotes?
